During his 15 years as a business consultant Thomas Kremer has managed many productivity projects for various clients of car manufacturing and trade. Amongst them several well-known brands like Mercedes, Volkswagen and Opel (General Motors), as well as large car dealerships. The pragmatist with entrepreneurial spirit emphasizes his down-to-earth approach. Together with his co-founder and associate partner Jochen Buchele he is focused on “productivity consulting” as managing director of b-k-p consulting GmbH - because often that’s the crux of many problems – especially for SME. Short vita
Born 1971, at the Lower Rhine, he early discovered his passion for consulting of businesses. Following his degree in economics with honors at the University of Trier and Loughborough (UK) he works for the renowned Austrian consulting firm Czipin & Partner in Vienna. There he already started his consulting career during his studies in 1996. This is where he also met his present associate partner Jochen Buchele. Jointly they found Buchele & Kremer Produktivätsberatung in 2000 - later renamed as b-k-p Consulting GmbH in 2006.
Private
In his spare time Thomas Kremer spends time with his wife and children. If there is still time left after work and family he can be found at the stables or in the kitchen. Thomas is a passionate equestrian and ambitious amateur chef.

Expertise
Jochen Buchele is managing director and consults many clients from the production industry in regard to productivity improvements. He developed his knowledge already with early consulting success in a ceramics business. Beyond that the care industry is one of his major professional fields of the consultant that can seize opportunity. The cooperation with his clients and pragmatic, creative approach towards tasks is fundamental to him. Together with the employees and executives of the client he manages the implementation of new processes on-site. Today he and his co-founder Thomas Kremer concentrate deliberately towards “productivity consulting”- Because often that’s the crux of many problems – especially for SME. Short vita
Born and raised 1970 in Rottenburg at the river Neckar Jochen Buchele passed his studies of business management at the University of Tubingen and the University of Southern Colorado (USA). His consulting career started at the renowned consulting business Czipin & Partner in Vienna, where he also met his business associate, Thomas Kremer. Following many successful international projects he founded Buchele & Kremer Produktivitätsberatung GmbH with Thomas Kremer, renamed as b-k-p Consulting GmbH in 2006.
Private
In his spare time Jochen Buchele enjoys his passion for travelling foreign countries and experiencing different cultures. During his years of study he already got to know Spain, Bolivia and the Czech Republic. Equally multifaceted and active is the consultant in his enthusiasm for sports, for example track and field, cycling or winter sports only to name a few.
